I am curious as to the intent of this clause. The latter part of the clause mentions "parts that are accessible without the use of a tool..." does this criteria apply to all of the parts that are to meet this clause? If this clause is simply saying that connectors that are misaligned or incorrectly inserted cannot cause a hazardous condition, what suggestions (methods) are there to implement this criteria?
