On all of our previous DoCs, we have declared compliance using harmonized standards. However, we now have a set of products where some harmonized standards exist and some do not. Therefore, we will use a Technical Construction File is used to support compliance with the particular essential requirements not covered by harmonized standards. What additional statements and information should appear on the DoC to support compliance by the TCF route for only some of the essential requirements?
