Since this forum is a free exchange of information between professionals with similar interests, aren't ALL comments basically personal opinions? I recommend that some generic disclaimer be added to the present emc-pstc "tag" which clearly states that all appended comments are considered as personal opinions and are not to be taken as the official position of the writers' employers. This would save us all from typing some caveat with our inputs. Most, including myself, simply do not take the time to add this important legal comment.
