Bruce, They were combined when the 3rd Edition of UL 1950 was released on July 28, 1995. The third edition combines UL 1950 2nd edition, UL 1459 2nd edition, CSA 950 M93, and CSA 225 M90 into one document. You can still use UL 1459 2nd edition for products submitted up until April 1, 2000 if requested in writing. If submitted using UL 1459 2nd edition its approval will continue until April 1, 2005. After April 1, 2005, all I.T.E. and telephone equipment products must comply with UL 1950 3rd edition.
