Is anyone out there interested in making accurate, repeatable measurements of power bus potentials when an EUT is switched on or off said bus? By interest I mean is anyone working to any standards which require such measurements? Examples of such requirements are MIL-STD-461B/C CE07 (now obsolete) and NASA specs SL-E-0002 or MSFC-SPEC-521 TT01.
