Hello John, You are correct, in that you don't need a TS001 report, but a CB Scheme report to AS/NZS 3260 is not always acceptable either.
The ACA will normally only accept a report from a lab accredited by an organisation that has a MOU with NATA. If your lab isn't recognised by the ACA it will be a little more difficult to make use of your reports.
