After reading Bill Lawrence's posting, I realized I made a typo error. The last two numbers should have been 1 3/8 and 1 3/4.
The dimensions would then be: 7/8" 0.875 1 1/8" 1.125 1 3/8" 1.375 1 ¾" 1.750 These are nominal values - the min and max values would be those which Bill reported.
