A 10 amp LISN can usually handle 30 amps for a little while. (It's only a
matter of ohmic heating at the external and internal connections and the
inductor wire.)

Uhh, well, maybe with a strong fan.

Or, as I once did, filled with silicon oil.

Or, as I also once did, fitted with a pipe nipple to allow a continuous
blast of compressed air to blow through the case.

Or, as I even once did, fitted with a copper tube to admit a trickle of CO2.

Yes, I have always been plagued with smaller LISN's than I needed. But
seriously, if it's only for one job, and higher current models are really
costly, than maybe the above isn't so weird.
