Hello, This is what we use. We have a number of power supplies from 50 amps to 1000 amps. We use a calibrated current shunt to verify the output current.

Standard does specify AC or DC current. This way, you don't have to have an specific ground tester. Almost all companies have DC power supply that can be used for these type of applications.
