Peter:  We have used LISN's for testing of DC ports, and found that the
data correlates quite well to other methods, particularly the CISPR 16
voltage probe.  Note that this probe may well be the required
measurement device for DC ports, depending what standard you are using
(in our case EN50091-2, which covers EMC for Uninterruptible Power
Systems).
