Dear all, i-data (Denmark) is exporting ITE to the US, but some times our equipment is stop by customs because they want us to use FCC form 740.
For a year ago I was told that form 740 was not used any more so I'm confused. Is there an easy way e.g. implementing some kind of statement on the invoice/customs papers or do we have to use form 740 ? If I need to use form 740 does anyone help me with a EDB version (the one which I can downloade from FCC is scanned and can not be edited).
