Carmen: The Bellcore has not much to do with the EU. The Bellcore requirements are not legal requirements in the US, they are voluntary. I would not count on much luck marketing Telecommunications Equipment in the US without complying with Bellcore requirements however, as all the major RBOC's require Bellcore compliance from thier suppliers.
