Hello Doug: I do not know about Austin area. There is a lab in Dallas, TX called KTL with EMC capability. Their phone number is 972-436-9600.They seem to be quite competent with En 55022 and EN 55081-1 and 55082-1. One the question to ask is whether they are accredited by NVLAP. By the way NALAP stands for National Voluntary Accreditation Program.
