Does anyone have a good source for the components listed below (equivalents, or close) for the European market (CE marked)? Our sourcing people have not been able to find suitable components. Please reply to me via private email.
Components: a) a door switch (we use a Honeywell #13AC1) - it is a simple model utilizing a plunger which has lockout feature which allows operation of the unit with the door open for testing purposes. and b) a termperature sensor (we use an Elmwood #3455RC-100-230) - It opens at 165 deg.
