The book contains references at the end of each chapter with a list of books and articles relevant to that particular chapter subject. With information that I had plus what had been provided by the respondents, I have compiled a list of all the EMC books identified in this query and tabluated the list to include Author, Title, Copyright date, Publisher, and the applicable ISBN/ISSN number.
