Richard, Your compilation of the international compliance requirement for ITE is very useful. However, I've to point out that for Singapore, there is a safety mandatory requirement. The safety requirement is a PSB safety mark that is required to be affixed onto the product once it has been granted approval. Application by local company (distributor) to the authority is required. This safety requirement is called the Consumer Protection Registration Scheme. There is a list of control goods that falls under scheme (PC, and mostly appliances).
Currently no EMC requirement for Singapore.
