I recently have heard about 3 new standards, IEC61000-4-13, (Harmonics & Interharmonics) IEC61000-4-14 , (Voltage Fluctuations), and IEC61000-4-28, (Variation of Power Frequency). The draft versions are still in comitee. I would not worry too much. When and if they become harmonized, you still have 2 years due to grandfather clause. Is IEC 61000-4-14 (Test and Measurement Techniques - Voltage fluctuation immunity test) a basic standard or a testing guideline? Has anyone heard of any upcoming requirements for harmonic immunity or voltage fluctuation immunity? Thanks, Bob Heller --------- This message is coming from the emc-pstc discussion list.
