To all, I happened to be browzing around the Eur-Lex web site today and came across the following quite by accident (I was searching for telecommunication terminal equipment): 299A0204(01) 99/78/EC: Agreement on mutual recognition between the European Community and the United States of America Official Journal L 031 , 04/02/1999 p. 0003 - 0079 It would appear that the US - EU MRA has been posted in the OJ.
