Dan,
We have an FCC-approved open area test site (OATS), but for
convenience we often do the CE stuff (89-336-EEC) in our 10 ft x 12 ft
anechoic chamber. We occasionally have our work reviewed by a European lab
("competent body") and we have never had a problem.
