I would contact the ESD Assoc. at 315-339-6937 and pose the question to them. There is an ESD Assoc. standard #S7.1 but I believe it deals with actual ESD flooring materials (i.e.tile). A company that supplies ESD floor finish products is ACL Inc. 1-800-782-8420. I hope this helps!
