Barry et al,
I'm getting ready to commit to a web-based system of publishing DoCs in an attempt to survive the rapid changes in the growing list of CE standards. In a few weeks we will no longer ship hardcopy DoCs with our products as we do today. I'll subsitute these DoCs with a note directing the curious reader to our web page. In fact, I meet tomorrow with a database designer to get this project going. A good example of online DoCs would be Allen-Bradley, they've published their DoCs online for years, the link is: http://www.ab.com/certification/ce/docs/index.html Best Regards, Eric Lifsey Compliance Manager National Instruments Please respond to "Barry Ma" <[email protected]> Sent by: [email protected] To: [email protected] cc: Subject: DoC in Website Hi, More and more people are talking about putting Declaration of Conformity onto internet web site.
