Is there a standard/document that summarizes voltage dips/interruptions in various parts of the world? I'm especially interested in the voltage dip problems in Japan.
IEEE C62.41 does a good job of summarizing voltage surges & transients, but does not cover the other case - voltage drops. I also have a copy of IEC1000-4-11:1994, which has a reference to a UNIPEDE study conducted in 1991. I'm looking into that now.
