Hi Peter, For Europe, I believe EN 300 385 is the correct standard for EMC and EN60950 for safety. For US, the 3.5 GHz band is Government exclusive therefore there are no standards in place. However, the FCC has released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to allocate 50MHz of spectrum (3650-3700 MHz) for this type of equipment for commercial use. Hope this helps.
