I have also noticed that, and the version of EN 61032 that I am using is dated 1998. I will have to check if there is a newer version or amendments.

I guess one way around it is to mark the terminal with "the symbol of 5.2b".

EN 60065:1998 Clause 9.1.4 calls for the use of IEC 61032 test probe 16.

In EN 61032:1998 (IEC 61032:1997) test probe 16 has been deleted!!!

I assume the probe is the same shown as fig 6 in EN 60065:1994

........................ bit of an oxymoron calling these "standards"
