Hi All! At page 81 of IEEE Std. 519-1992, "IEEE Recommended Practices and Requirements for Harmonic Control in Electrical Power Systems", one may find the Fig. 10-3 that shows some curves of "Maximum Permissibe Voltage Fluctuations".
In section "10.5.2 Compensation for Flicker" of the same standard one may read that "... the curves in Fig 10.3 are being revised and should be available by 1995". Does anyone know whether the new curves are available? and where? any website? It is my understanding that the IEC equivalent of the Fig. 10.3 of IEEE 519 is the Figure 1 of IEC 1000-2-2, 1st edition, 1990-05. Am I right? If yes, how do the two standards compare?
