Hi George,
First, Guam is an island in the Pacific located roughly north of Australia and east of the Phillipines. Second, the last that I knew Guam was a U.S. Territory. Though essentially independent, the US Dept of the Interior has/had jurisdiction. But you will likely need the most current information, so contact your local US Dept. of the Interior office or the one in Washington DC. As for the other items, Residential Supply Voltage Characteristics, Plug-Type, Cord Approvals, etc. should all be strictly US based. I hope this helps. [email protected] 07/05/00 11:14 AM Please respond to George Sparacino Hello All, First let me say... I don't even know where Guam is. Ok.. I feel (a little) better now. I've been asked to look into safety/EMI requirements for Guam for our power adapter for ITE/Audio products. I'm particularly looking for such info as: residential supply voltage characteristics, Plug-type, cord approvals, etc.. Also, does anyone know if Guam participates with the CB scheme? Do they require any certification / product registration / Marking(s)? Any info specific to my above questions or agency / contact info will be greatly appreciated.
