I believe the only requirements are drafts still: EN61000-3-11 and -3-12 will cover higher current equipment.

The main supply current will be far in excess of 16 amps (in the hundreds, actually). The last time I looked (~1998) there were no applicable harmonic or flicker standards for high current industrial equipment. I have scanned my archives of EMC-PSTC and did NOT find any conflicts will this old impression. But I thought it would be good to verify that acceptance criteria have not yet been set for this type of equipment for CE marking.
