I believe the only requirements are drafts still: EN61000-3-11 and -3-12
will cover higher current equipment.

Subject: harmonics and flicker CE EMC requirements >200A

Colleagues,

I am advising on the design of a high tech oven to be used in the
semiconductor industry to anneal wafers. The main supply current will be far
in excess of 16 amps (in the hundreds, actually).

The last time I looked (~1998) there were no applicable harmonic or flicker
standards for high current industrial equipment. I have scanned my archives
of EMC-PSTC and did NOT find any conflicts will this old impression. But I
thought it would be good to verify that acceptance criteria have not yet
been set for this type of equipment for CE marking.

Thanks in advance for any advice
