If you are talking about EN 50082-1:1997, then there are no changes. It is
identical to IEC 61000-6-1:1997 (I am assumming that the current prEN 61000-6-1
is the same as the IEC version). I believe that prEN 61000-6-1 is for
standardization with the IEC rather than having a CENELEC only document
(50082-1).
