It is not a UL standard at this time, but it is called "Subject 1697" written by UL. It borrows requirements from UL1950 and elsewhere. Randy Ivans at UL Melville has been leading the Ad Hoc committee and can give you the latest status. 1697 covers power-passing cable TV taps and telco Network Interface Units, etc..
