All Telcordia/Bellcore documents are available from the Telcordia store at http://telecom-info.telcordia.com/site-cgi/ido/index.html Try not to get sticker shock! You will find that Level 3 is everything in GR-63-Core and GR-1089-Core that applies to your equipment, i.e. if you have analog lines or connect to outside plan wiring, you will need to do everything.
