Age old problem for you huh.
My take on the subject.
1. If the antenna is outdoors, Then use Article 810 of the 1999 code
2. If interior then use Article 820 of the 1999 code.

Outdoor installations are very concerned with lightning strikes and power
line crosses.
Note that 820 allows you to use Article 830 wiring methods as well.

CATV or Broadband cable seems to be the route required. After that,
separation and correct flame ratings of the cable based on installation
(plenum, riser, etc.) are addressed.
