Dave:
Cubic can perform Radiated Immunity testing from 10 KHz to 18 GHz, with any
modulation, at a minimum level of 200 Volts per meter.
Beyond 40 GHz, you get into very expensive territory. If you need continuous
tuning coverage, that's even tougher. You might want to try Cincinnati
Electronics or R&B Associates.
