Hello Group,

This message is being sent to the group on behalf of a fellow engineer,
please respond to [email protected].

I am looking for information regarding the power output levels and
potential related biological effects from the RF fields produced by cellular
phone repeaters. The reason for doing this is that a local school board is
considering allowing the installation of a cellular repeater system that will
utilize three separate antennas. These antennas will be placed at various
locations on the roof of the elementary school building, with classrooms
directly below the antennas. I am concerned for the safety and long term health
of the children as it relates to the long term exposure (4 to 6 hours each
school day for up to seven years) to the RF fields that will be present in their
classrooms as a result of the cellular phone repeater and antennas being
installed.
     Your input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Kaan Gregersen
