Normally I would love to have the double posts forwarded to me, however do to
the virus issues yesterday, I already have over 100 from yesterday. I do not
normally see the double posts, but I did get some yesterday. I would like to ask
everyone to hold off for a day or two while the systems recover from the virus.
Once things return to normal then please resume forwarding them to Michael and
myself.

At the moment I envision 800 people sending me 20+ messages each. Michael and I
have well over 400 bounced returned messages from the list yesterday & today as
well.

The problem the IEEE is having with solving the issue is that the dups are not
showing up in the logs, therefore they have not been able to find out why they
are occurring. They are actively working on it.

Also for those of you who run Outlook, turn your Preview off. It will help stop
the spread of the viruses. To turn it off you have to be viewing an e-mail
message (just pick one that does not have a virus while you change the setting).

Please also keep in mind the best way to send messages is in pure ASCII form.
This is because we have people on all kinds of e-mail systems and ASCII is
universal between all systems, where the html or "stylized" test is not.
