Hi I have been searching through IEC 61010 for any requirements relating to energy hazards for accessible terminals, similar to those of IEC 60950 which have a limit of 240 VA and 20 J available energy.
The only reference i can find in 61010 relates to electric shock in that clause 6.3.1 limits available energy to 45 uC where SELV limits for voltage and current are not met. This circuit does meet SELV voltage limits so this requirement doesnt apply. Can anyone point me to a reference in 61010 for energy hazards?
