IEC1000-4-3 : 1995  Freq.80MHz - 1000MHz,F. St. 3V/m, No modulation.    
Criteria A

IEC1000-4-4 : 1995  Power 1kV,I/O 0.5kV     Criteria B

IEC1000-4-5 : 1995  Power 1kV    Criteria B

Unfortunately I don't know where to purchase/find a translation of these 
standards.
But the Korea EMC standards for ITE comply with above,you can make it.
