Hi all, After all the recent talk on splitting the lists here's one for both!
We are a manufacturer of test equipment for the disk drive industry, and are currently looking at supplying test equipment to Taiwan. Has anyone had any experience with exporting to Taiwan? and if so do you have any information on the EMC and safety requirements? I believe that certain types of equipment require both Safety and EMC approval. Our equipment would comprise of our test cards assembled in an enclosure with a single card PC and mains power supply. This is not a consumer type product and would only be used in a factory. Would this type of equipment require BCIQ approval. -- Regards Dave Instone.
