Scott, the only way to completely eliminate the capacitor self-inductance
(as opposed to lead inductance) is to use a feedthrough capacitor. Disc and
surface mount chip styles retain some self-inductance due to their
construction. I believe high voltage styles are available. Unilator here in
the UK springs to mind.

To get 10,000pF would probably need a multilayer discoidal type, rather than
a tubular feedthough. If you do get leadless disc styles, you then have the
problem of making reliable connections to the terminations.
