I can help for EFT and Surge, but someone else will need to come up with the
info for RF and magnetic field immunity.

ANSI/IEEE C62.41 and ANSI/IEEE C62.45 were the basis for the original IEC
801-5 that was later turned into IEC 1000-4-5 and EN 61000-4-5. These ANSI
standards do include EFT (1000-4-4), but simply refer to the IEC document
(IEC 801-5 since 1000-4-5 hadn't been published yet), but only for the AC
mains, since these standards do not deal with signal lines.

FYI - Both these ANSI standards are in the revision process are are pretty
far along. I would expect to see pretty complete drafts this year.
