Hi Paul Unless you have some laser emissions test equipment lying about, you will need to go to a test lab.
I know for sure that NEMKO can test to EN60825 and they have some offices in the US. http://www.nemko.com/ Most other European test labs and maybe some in the US should be able to test to EN60825 too.
