website:

In particular, download the "white paper."
This paper provides a reasonable description
of the CB Scheme and its advantages.
If this doesn't meet your needs, then I
suggest you buy the IECEE documents mentioned
in the white paper.
You should also check the "CTL Decisions" as
this takes you to the IMQ web site which has
the CTL decisions plus other data produced by
the CTL.
