Hi: Do you mean tuned dipoles, not tunable baluns? ETS, AKA EMC Test Systems, AKA EMCO 512-835-4684 can help with their 3121C tuned dipoles. They address this issue with four baluns, Balun 1, 30Mhz to 60Mhz Balun 2, 60Mhz to 140Mhz Balun 3, 140Mhz to 400Mhz Balun 4, 400Mhz to 1000Mhz
