I recall having a problem with wood pallets once. The problem is that some
place in the Pacific did not want wood from here unless is was certified to
not have bugs (termites?) Can't recall any specifics, but do remember that
we left it up to the freight forwarder to resolve. That is part of what we
paid them for.
