Hi David In my experience that is just a little too short. The smallest chamber I'm familiar with that would satisfy 61000-4-3 (80MHz -1GHz) is 7L x 3.4W x 3 H meters. This size is usually called a "compact" anechoic chamber. It can also be effectively used for pre-compliance of emissions testing! As your current shielded room is only 5m long it probably would need to be extended in length. This can be done at reasonably low cost, but another consideration is the weight of the added ferrite absorber. This could require extra beam support on your current room. My advice is contact the maker of your current room and ask them or contact Panashield at 203-866-5888. Regards Tony Colorado
