Seems to me it can be almost anything -- AM broadcast stations in the US range from a few hundred watts to 10kW ---- could be much higher (and probably is) in some contries like Mexico...... I've been out of this business for a while, but I remember FM and TV broadcast radiation being listed as ERP (effective radiated power) -- figures I remember in the hundreds of kW. Many orders of magnitude removed from GSM or other cell phones, which I think are below one watt (someone can correct me, but .3W sticks in my mind for US analog phones, but I have no idea about European power levels.)
