In subclause 7.4 of EN61000-3-2:1995, "...This lower limit of 75W will
be reduced to 50W, four years after the implementation date of this
standard."
When is the implementation date of this standard? someone says it is
on 1994-07-05, someone says it is on 2001-01-01, and someone even says
it is not yet implemented!!!
