Maybe EN 301 489-3 (2001-11) is the valid EMC product standard. If you are going to fulfill the RTTE directive, don't forget the article 3.1.a: - electical safety (LVD) - the protection of the health and the safety of the user
I'm on thin ice here, but LVD might be covered by EN 60065, and health .... I don't know... ask a notified body.
