Maybe EN 301 489-3 (2001-11) is the valid EMC product standard.

If you are going to fulfill the RTTE directive, don't forget the article
3.1.a:
- electical safety (LVD)
- the protection of the health and the safety of the user

I'm on thin ice here, but LVD might be covered by EN 60065, and health ....
I don't know... ask a notified body.

Best regards

If the product fits the definition of a Short Range Device, the following
ETSI standards apply:

EN 300 440-1
EN 300 440-2
EN 301 489-1
EN 301 489-? check which one of the series applies to your product

You can download the standard from the ETSI web site for free.
