Gert,

Do you know if Switzerland generally follows the same rules -- including the
use of "harmonized" standards allowing for self-certification when applying
the RTTE Directive?

Even though the OJ is not a factor in Swiss law, for standards announced in
the OJ, does Switzerland require the intervention of a NB?
