I hope someone can set me straight on the following matter regarding Technical Construction Documentation (LVD) in the following scenario:
Manufacturer A produces and sells a product to the market and also sells it to Manufacturer B, Manufacturer B just re-names the product and also sells the same product under the new name as their own, I know that Manufacturer B produces a D of C but in this case has Manufacturer B got to produce a Technical construction file or just make a reference to Manufacturer A. Also just to confuse things both manufacturers are in the EU.
