Thanks for all response. What I have learned from this session is, always use a UL recognized power supply (PS) if you want to get your end product UL listed.
Do not interfere with non-recognized PS, that might cause you trouble later, especially during the UL audits and it will also require a lot of communication with the PS vendor to verify the PS status.
